What to Expect at Your Appointment
Knowing what you can expect at your first appointment will help make the process smoother for both you and your cat or dog.
STEP 1
Get Settled
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to complete our New Patient Form.
STEP 2
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our veterinary team will review your pet's history and discuss their condition. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, and we'll take the time to answer them.
STEP 3
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
After your pet has been assessed, we will give you a diagnosis and treatment options. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your cat or dog. Once your visit is over, we will contact your primary care veterinarian and provide them with a detailed written report regarding your appointment and treatment plan.

- What types of payment options are available?
We expect payment in full when services are provided. We accept payments made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
- Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?
We are proud to offer CareCredit as a financing option. It offers an easy application process that can give you results in only minutes.
- Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
Our team will give you a good-faith estimate of the cost of our services prior to your pet's treatment, however, unforeseen circumstances can occur that influence your final bill.
We always discuss our written estimates with our clients before they leave our facility. We also require a deposit based on our estimate before any further treatment is provided.
- What are the fees associated with appointments?
You are financially responsible for the initial exam fee and any diagnostics or treatments you consent to for your cat or dog's treatment. This payment is due prior to hospitalization.
We require a deposit with payment in full for further hospitalization, diagnostics, or surgery when your pet is discharged.
- What are the fees associated with an emergency visit?
We require a payment deposit for all emergency examinations. Once the staff and doctors examine your pet, you will be given an estimate for treatment to determine a treatment plan.
For additional hospitalization, diagnostics, or surgery services a deposit is required upfront with payment due in full when your pet is discharged.
- Can you help with my pet insurance?
Our team will be happy to help you complete the pet insurance forms for your pet’s visit.
